The Wandering Girl
A girl wanders fighting rouges,
She travels the rivers through and fro,
Her mind is set, her gaze content,
Just to see where the hours went,
She travels far wide and near,
Just to see the ones who are dear.
Night at the Griffith
In days of darkness in starry nights,
waiting to see the heavenly sight,
Here in Griffith is where I stand,
with the astronomers in their land.
With telescopes they hope to prevail
to see the heavenly sign that will avail.
